.one for the boss.

the boss's day of becoming beckons, and we held an advanced celebration for him earlier this afternoon. to our immense delight and amusement, he partook of our pre-arranged sabotages with good-humoured gusto and humility. our department's really blessed to be under the charge of someone like him, and i could very well pen down a plethora of positive adjectives to justify our collective gratefulness, but i figure it's all conveniently summed up in one word: God-given (yup, a hyphenated word counts as one word!) thank God for you, nelson!

i was initially too preoccupied with the outcome to enjoy the process of creating, but after the inspiration with the poster colour, everything followed more effortlessly. this is one of the rarer instances where i'm able to successfully pull of something more decent with products from a multiplicity of brands, so it was a pretty encouraging experience, in the end :)
